Perhaps, you have been frustrated in the past when you have tried to meditate because you can't clear your mind?

Or, maybe you feel the pull to connect with authentic others who want to sit in stillness with you?

If any of these are true, I invite you to join me every Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:30 am eastern to start your day with me in a silent meditation.

I sit for 30 minutes; you can sit for as long as you want (though I encourage you to allow for any discomfort that may arise when you stay longer than feels "comfortable").

Our meditations will not be about "getting rid of thoughts;" they will be about building "Presence Muscles" so that you can more easily find your stillness when things are out of your control - whether that is your thoughts, your physical health, the people in your life, or the insane external world we are living in right now.
